I am responding to your email of 21 March 2023 requesting the fol owing information from 
Te Tari Taiwhenua | the Department of Internal Affairs under the Official Information Act 
1982 (the Act): 
“Can You please provide copies of any reports, audits or investigations that You have 
conducted involving either Auckland Pool Association or Auckland Pool Incorporated.” 
I can advise that Te Tari Taiwhenua has not conducted any reports, audits, or investigations 
involving either the Auckland Pool Association or Auckland Pool Incorporated. Therefore, 
your request is refused under section 18(e) of the Act as the information does not exist. 
If you are dissatisfied with Te Tari Taiwhenua’s response to your request, you have the right 
under section 28 of the Act to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman. The Office
