All briefings and correspondence [in relation to recommendations provided to the 
Minister] in the past 2 years regarding the following: 
- Adding a new tax bracket above the current 39% top tax bracket
- Adjusting tax brackets with inflation
I believe that the information you have requested  is more closely  connected to the 
functions of the Minister of Revenue, Hon David Parker. Accordingly, under section 
14(b)(ii)  of the OIA, I am transferring  your request  to the Minister of Revenue for 
response.
