, you contacted Stats NZ requesting, under the Official Information Act
1982 (the Act), the following information:

Can you please provide a full copy of Community Counts agreement signed
between you and the Te Uri o Hau.
•
Also, can you please provide a list of agency that you have signed the Community
Counts agreement with.
A copy of the Community Counts agreement signed with Te Uri o Hau is attached. You
will note that the names and contact details of some individuals and signatures of all
individuals are withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the privacy of
natural persons. The need to protect the privacy of these individuals outweighs the public
interest in this information.
