Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Watchman Residential 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 18 February 2023 for the Memorandum of 
Understanding (MOU) agreement between HUD and Watchman Residential for 
31 Ngongotaha Road, Ngongotahā, Rotorua.
