I refer to your official information request dated 11 February 2023 where you asked the fol owing:
“Please can you publish the names of those tier 3 or above employees who have left the public
sector in the last 5 years, but have since provided contracting services back to the public sector
(either via a contractor arrangement or consultant). Information to include name, agency of
employ, agency contracting, rate, service provided.”
Information not held
Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission (the Commission) does not collect the information you
have requested regarding tier 3 and above employees who have left the public sector but have since
provided contracting services back to the public sector.
We are therefore refusing your request under section 18(g)(i) of the Official Information Act on the
grounds the information requested is not held by the Commission, and we have no grounds for
believing that the information is held by another department.
