CEDA Board Director(s)
Central Economic Development Agency (CEDA) strives to drive and facilitate the
creation and growth of economic wealth in Manawatū and beyond. Due to the
retirement by rotation of directors an opportunity has arisen for up to two Director
positions on the CEDA Board.
The successful candidate wil be someone with personal integrity and a public
service ethos who displays sound judgement in decision-making. They wil be a
col aborator and strategic thinker, with a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi,
Manawatū and the principles of good corporate citizenship.
This interesting and chal enging role would suit a person with strong commercial and
governance experience and confidence in te ao Māori. A solid understanding of
business and financial matters, and experience in economic development would be
an advantage.
The shareholders of CEDA are Palmerston North City Council and Manawatū District
