New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Board
Appointments to the NZ Symphony Orchestra Board are made in accordance with the
NZ Symphony Orchestra Act 2004 and the Crown Entities Act 2004. A public call for
nominations is not required under these Acts and was not conducted in the most recent round
of appointments.
In shortlisting candidates for the most recent round of appointments to the NZ Symphony
Orchestra Board, we undertook a targeted search of its nominations database.
Drug Free Sport New Zealand
Appointments to the Drug Free Sports New Zealand are made in accordance with the
Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006 and the Crown Entities Act 2004. A public call for nominations is
not required under these Acts and was not conducted in the most recent round of
appointments.
In shortlisting candidates for the most recent round of appointments to the Drug Free Sport
NZ Board, we reviewed candidates from the previous year’s appointment round.
Eden Park Trust Board
Appointments to the Eden Park Trust Board are made in accordance with the Eden Park Trust
Deed. A public call for nominations is not required under the Deed and was not conducted in
the most recent round of appointments. In the most recent round of appointments, the Minister
agreed to reappoint members with terms expiring.
Sports Tribunal of New Zealand
Appointments to the Sports Tribunal of New Zealand are made in accordance with the Sports
Anti-Doping Act 2006. A public call for nominations is not required under this Act and was not
conducted in the most recent round of appointments.
Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa Board
Appointments to the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa Board are made in
accordance with the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa Act 1992 and the Crown
Entities Act 2004. A public call for nominations is not required under these Acts and was not
conducted in the most recent round of appointments.
