Thank you for your email of 15 March 2023, asking for the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
“Can I please request some additional information in excel format, assume this should be 
easy to produce. Date of vaccination(s), Date of positive Covid test, Date of death 
Can you also do a transfer to the other agency requesting the influenza numbers I have 
asked for.”

Unfortunately, your request is refused in full under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to protect the privacy 
of natural persons, including deceased natural persons. 
 
The information you have requested is individual client level data. Moreover, we are unable to 
provide you with information regarding your request without breaching the privacy of individuals. 
Providing you with information regarding date of vaccination(s), date of positive covid test, and 
date of death would provide you with information that would make individuals identifiable.
