I refer to your official information request dated 7 February 2023 asking for a copy of the 
following: 
 
An incident report for a fire at either 235 or 240 Davidsons Road, Greenpark 
between 2004 – 2010. 
 
Fire and Emergency do not hold any records for a fire at either address in the time period you 
have provided.  Your request is therefore declined under section 18(e) of the Official Information 
Act 1982 (OIA) as the document al eged to contain the information requested does not exist or, 
despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found.
