Thank you for your email of 18 January 2023 requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the 
Act), the following information: 
“I am writing to seek the latest approval and decline statistics for Employer Accreditation, Job 
Check and Accredited Employer Work Visa applications.” 
 
 
Our Response 
 
As at 19 January 2023, there have been 16,771 employer accreditation applications approved, a further 72 
withdrawn and 4 declined. 
 
As at 19 January 2023,  there have been 20,290 job check applications approved (equating to 112,915 
positions), a further 249 (1,965 positions) withdrawn and 13 (50 positions) declined. 
 
As at 19 January 2023, there have been 26,386 Accredited Employer Work Visa applications approved, a 
further 352 withdrawn and 80 declined.
