I request a copy of the scoping report and outcomes report prepared by the Limited Statutory 
Manager that is in place at Mercury Bay Area School in 2022. 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).  
The scoping report you have requested is attached in full as Appendix A, entitled Statutory 
Interventions Scoping Report.  
You have also requested the outcomes report prepared by the Limited Statutory Manager of 
Mercury Bay Area School in 2022. This report has not been drafted yet, so I am refusing this part 
of your request under section 18(e) of the Act, because the information does not exist.
