Thank you for your request dated 23 November 2022 under the Official Information Act 1982 
(the Act) for the following information: 
 
I request all email correspondence, briefings and meeting details between Kāinga 
Ora and Rotorua Lakes Council regarding social housing developments in Rotorua 
since 10 October 2022. 
We emailed you on 5 December 2022 and asked you to refine or reconsider your request. 
On 12 December 2022 you refined your request to: 
I wil  narrow my request to any correspondence between Kainga Ora and the 
Rotorua Lakes Council Mayor's office (including the Mayor directly). From the date 
specified to 15 November 2022.  
Please find attached the information requested (two emails, each with an attachment). A 
small amount of information has been withheld from the emails under section 9(2)(a) of the 
Act to protect the privacy of natural persons.  
Under section 28 of the Act you have the right to seek an investigation and review by the 
Ombudsman of this response. Contact details for the Ombudsman can be found at
