I refer to your official information request dated 20 November 2022 asking for the incident report 
for a fire that occurred on 20 November 2013 at Eclipse Road, Kaikorai Valley, Dunedin. 
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), I enclose the SMS 
Incident Report for F3591563 which relates to a fire that occurred on 19 November 2013 at 8 
Eclipse Road, Burnside, Dunedin. Some personal information has been withheld to protect the 
privacy of natural persons under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA. We do not consider that there is a 
public interest in the release of the information which outweighs withholding it.
