INFORMATION REQUEST – Regarding illegal parking during the AIMS games
We  write  in  response  to  your  email  dated  4  November  2022  in  which  you  requested  the
following information:
I request any and all communications or meeting notes between:
 TCC staff and commissioners
 AIMS games event organisers
 Any interested parties e.g Priority One
regarding attendees of AIMS games parking on berms along Cameron Road and
allowing or granting dispensations for "illegal" parking during events

We have considered your request in accordance with the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (“LGOIMA”) and respond as follows:
  There are no records, communication, or meeting notes regarding your request.
Illegal parking was not permitted during the AIMS games 2022.
Therefore, this request is refused under section 17(e) of LGOIMA that the document alleged
to contain the information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it,
cannot be found.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
