Information Act 1982 (the Act):
1. Were any ACC employees put under surveil ance as a result of the major privacy breach that
occurred in 2012?
2. If so, how many?
We interpreted your request as being about the breach occurred in 2012 where ACC client information was
unintentionally released to a member of the public.
Our records show that no ACC staff members were under surveillance as a result of the 2012 privacy
breach.
