Thank you for your email of 31 October 2022 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
(MBIE) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information: 
 
I would like to request copies of the agenda and minutes of all meetings of the NICMA Governance 
Group held since the beginning of 2020, and a list of all documents submitted to these meetings, 
including the document title and agency of origin.  
 
On 25 November 2022, the timeframe to respond to your request was extended to 16 December 2022. 
 
Please find attached the documentation in scope of your request, as detailed in the below Document 
Schedule.   
 
Please note some information has been withheld from the documentation for release under section 
9(2)(f)(iv) of the Act, to maintain the constitutional conventions for the time being which protect the 
confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers of the Crown and officials.
