Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings 
Act 1987 (the Act), received on 30 October 2022. You requested the fol owing information: 
•  List of properties owned by Wellington City Council (the Council) and each of its business 
units. 
 
As per our email correspondence dated 20 November 2020 refining your request to not include 
valuation information, the Council has granted your request for information. However, it will take 
us some time to prepare the information for release.   I hope to provide you with a response by 8 
December 2022 if not sooner. 
 
Right of review 
If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you may request the Office of the Ombudsman 
to investigate the Council’s decision. Further information is available on the Ombudsman website, 
www.ombudsman.parliament.nz. 
 
Please note, we may proactively release our response to your request with your personal 
information removed.
