Thank you for your email of 20 October 2022 to Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities, 
requesting the following information under the Official Information Act, 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide a copy of all documents served in Kāinga Ora in relation to the High Court 
application against you by Winton Land Limited. In particular, please I include the Statement 
of Claim. 
 
Access to documents in a court proceeding is a matter for the Court. We suggest that you 
engage directly with the Court under the Senior Courts (Access to Court Documents) Rules 
2017. 
 
Your request is therefore refused under section 18(c)(i) of the Act, as the making available of 
the information requested would be contrary to the Senior Courts (Access to Court 
Documents) Rules 2017. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this response
