(the Ministry of Health) on 18 October 2022 for information regarding the  Health Practitioners 
Competence Assurance Act 2003. You requested: 
"I request information as to who has the statutory authority and obligation  for investigating 
and bring charges of the offence described under section 7 of the act. I am not seeking 
legal advice, only documentation." 
Complaints about breaches of section 7 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act
