This is referenced in the AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE SHARED PATH – SSBC, page 35, 
footnote 8.  A Google search failed to find a copy on-line. 
 
Please find enclosed the requested report (DRAFT Transport Model ing and Economic Evaluation 
Report.pdf). Some information in the report has been redacted under section 9(2)(a) of the Act to 
protect the privacy of natural persons.  
 
With respect to the information that has been withheld, I do not consider there are any other factors 
which would render it desirable, in the public interest, to make the information available.
