INFORMATION REQUEST – Service agreements or contracts with council ventures
We write in response to your email dated 9 September 2022 in which you requested the
following information:
I am requesting service agreements/contracts for the below council owned ventures
that the Council has a service agreement with.

Specifically;
- Bay Venues
- Beachside Holiday Park
- Trust Power Baypark
- Tauranga Airport
- Marine & Boating Facilities

We have considered your request in accordance with the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (“LGOIMA”) and respond as follows:
Council’s service agreement with Bay Venues, a Council Controlled
Organisation, is included in the Bay Venues Statement of Intent 2022/2023
(attached). That document covers Trustpower Baypark, a venue operated and
managed by Bay Venues.
We attach a link to part 5 of our Annual Report for 2021/22, which provides
performance levels of service for internal council activities including the Airport,
Beachside Holiday Park, Marine Facilities and Marine Precinct.
