Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I would like to see all correspondence/information held by the nzta relating to the implementation 
of digital drivers licences please.  
 
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is extending the 20 working days available to us to respond to your 
request as allowed for under section 15A of the Act. We require 10 additional working days to respond 
to your request as the request necessitates a search through a large quantity of official information. 
Waka Kotahi wil  respond to your request on, or before, 13 October 2022. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision to
