In April-May 2022, Auckland Council carried out an initial period of public consultation for a 
proposed intensification plan change. I am writing to request a copy of the submission you 
made (if any). It would most likely have been dated early May, as the consultation period 
closed on 9th May. 
 
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities has considered your request under the OIA, and I attach 
the following document as an Appendix: Feedback provided by Kāinga Ora on Auckland Council’s 
Preliminary Response to the National Policy Statement – Urban Development and Resource 
Management (Enabling Housing Supply and Other Matters) Amendment Act.
