[FYI request #20390 email]
Tēnā koe Jamie
I refer to your request received on 29 August 2022, which has been considered under
the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), for the following information:
“In April-May 2022, Auckland Council carried out an initial period of public
consultation for a proposed intensification plan change. I am writing to request a
copy of the submission you made (if any). It would most likely have been dated early
May, as the consultation period closed on 9th May.”
No submissions were made from Manatū Taonga to the Auckland council for a
proposed intensification plan change during the period between and including April
and May 2022, therefore I have refused your request under section 18(e) of the OIA,
as the submission does not exist.
