Tagalad Reserve 
 
Thank you for your email which we received on 25 August 2022 in which you requested 
information about Tagalad Reserve. I also refer to our correspondence refining the scope of 
your request from 2015 up to 30 August 2016. 
 
The specific details of your request and our response is below. 
 
1. Al  Council and Orakei Local Board agendas, meeting minutes, resulting policy 
documents, and consultation documents for Tagalad Reserve from 2015 up to 30 
August, 2016. 
 
2. Al  minutes, policy documents and Officers’ Reports relating to the transfer of 
Tagalad Reserve from the period when it was under the Council’s ‘community 
facilities department’ as a bowling club until it was "transferred" to Eke Panuku . 
 
3. All the documents relating to when this transfer decision was made, the 
justification for this transfer, and al  community consultation undertaken with regard 
to this transfer - from 2015 up to 30 August, 2016. 
 
 
Please find a summary of information related to request 1 in document ‘Tagalad Collated 
Resolutions’ which collates the Ōrākei Local Board’s resolutions. The full agendas and

Due to the substantial collation required  an ICT email search was undertaken for emails 
between 1/1/2015 to 30/8/2016 with keywords and email addresses to identify information 
relating to Tagalad Reserve. Please find attached ‘Tagalad Correspondence’ which contains 
emails from the Parks and Community Facilities department.
