Thank you for your Official Information Act (Act) request received by the Department of Internal 
Affairs (Department) on 18 August 2022.      
You requested –  
•  Copies of the “Weekly Report to the Minister of Internal Affairs”(or similar document) 
sent to the Minister, that were signed and/or completed by any staff (LT as well) of the 
Kawai ki te iwi - Service Delivery and Operations, including the DCE. 
Details: 
- Timeframe: June 2022, July 2022 and August 2022 reports.

In response to your request, I can advise that the reports you have requested will be proactively 
released on the Department’s website https://www.dia.govt.nz/Proactive-Releases, in the 
coming weeks. It is important for me to note that the reports were produced on a fortnightly 
basis, not weekly.  
As such, I must refuse your request under section 18(d) of the Act; that the information 
requested is or will soon be publicly available. 
As this information may be of interest to other members of the public, the Department has 
decided to proactively release a copy of this response on the DIA website. All requestor data, 
including your name and contact details, will be removed prior to release. The released 
response will be made available here: https://www.dia.govt.nz/Official-Information-Act-
