Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I would like to request a copy of the Accident Compensation Corporation Brand Guidelines. By Brand 
Guidelines, I refer to material that informs the use of the Accident Compensation Corporation brand 
identity which includes the Fleet Livery Guidelines (if this exists). 

 
Please find attached ACC’s brand guidelines  
We do not sign-write our ACC fleet. As such, your request for the fleet livery guidelines is refused, as it does 
not exist. This decision is made under section 18(e) of the Act.
