The specific details of your request and our response are set out below.  
Could you please provide a list of datesets held by Auckland Council related to 
property, housing, real estate, land, building and urban development/planning? I 
know one of these datasets is DVR (detailed valuation rol ). Specifical y, could you 
please provide the names of these datasets and short descriptions of each of them? 
In addition, please indicate which dataset is and isn't accessible by researchers. 
 
We are refusing your request under 17 (e) of the LGOIMA as the list of data sets that you have 
requested, does not exist.  
 
However, there are several useful resources that you can use to search for council-owned
