Greetings Gina – here’s the actual pre-election report for your collective delectation. If you folks
decide to run the op-ed on Saturday or Monday then you can have this exclusively. If you decide
against the op-ed then we’d like to send the report out to general media under embargo to 5am
on Monday morning. Enjoy!

Hi Richard, thanks for the oped from Barbara, but I'm afraid we feel it does not meet the
threshold for publication. 
I've alerted the news desk to look out for the report and media release ahead of the Monday
5am embargo.
