Project scope and cost.
Supply, install and Commission fresh Air, extract air systems for level.1. Fresh Air supply system to each room - Installation of
new [in-line] fresh air fan in the roof space above each room existing filter gril e. The existing light switch and wiring wil be
reused to also run this new fan when the light is turned on. Insulated flexible ducting wil be used as shown on the drawings to
reduce noise transmission. Exhaust Air system from each room - Installation of exhaust air system as shown on the attached
drawings. This system wil be time clock controlled. A “silent series” in-line type fan wil be mounted outside the rear door as
shown on the drawings. A weatherproof cover wil be installed over the fan - with an access panel for servicing. The first 6
metres of ducting before the fan including the first 2 bends wil be internally insulated to absorb any in line “airborne” fan noise.
Balancing dampers wil be installed for commissioning purposes. Existing supply air gril es may need to be replaced with new
filtered gril es as the existing gril e-filter-fan assembly seems to be one single unit and may not be able to be dismantled.
