Your Official Information Act request to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet 
was transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs (the Department) on 24 August 2022.

“Al  documents and Cabinet papers mentioning Whangarei in relation to infrastructure 
and health funding decisions from the date beginning October 2017." 
I confirm that there are no Cabinet papers or associated documents from the Department 
that would fal  within the scope of your request. Therefore, your request is refused under 
section 18(e) of the Act, as the information requested does not exist.
