I refer to your request of 2 July 2022 to the Cabinet Office, which you refined on 25 July 2022 to 
be a request for the following under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
All documents and Cabinet papers mentioning Whangarei in relation to infrastructure 
and health funding decisions from the date beginning October 2017. 
   
This request was subsequently transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (the 
Ministry) on 24 August 2022. 
 
Searches of Ministry records revealed nothing within the scope of your OIA request. Therefore, I 
am refusing your request under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the information requested does not 
exist.
