I refer to your official information request received on 24 August 2022 for:
“Al  documents and Cabinet papers mentioning Whangarei in relation to infrastructure and
health funding decisions from the date beginning October 2017”
Information not held
Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission (the Commission) proactively releases al  Cabinet and
Cabinet committee papers (excluding Appointments and Honours papers) that has been lodged since
1 January 2019.  The Cabinet papers released by Commission can be found here: Cabinet Papers.
In response to your request, we have reviewed our records and have not found any documents or
Cabinet papers mentioning Whangarei in relation to infrastructure and health funding decisions since
October 2017.
We are therefore refusing your request under section 18(e) of the Official Information Act 1982 on the
grounds that the information requested does not exist.
