I refer to your Official Information Act request of 26 June 2022 for the following: 
 
May I kindly ask you to supply the full meeting minutes for the Waste Advisory Board 
from 1st January 2021 to now. For transparency reason, I am also encouraging you 
and the board to regularly publish the board meeting minutes on your website like other 
government agency did.  
 
I am also note some discrepancy for the current board member compare to the current 
Gazette notice. Can you please update your website to reflect the actual information. 
 
I am writing to notify you that the Ministry for the Environment is extending the timeframe for 
its response to your request under section 15A(1)(b) of the Act, as consultations necessary to 
make a decision on the request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made 
within the original timeframe. 
 
We will now respond to your request on, if not before, 17 August 2022, which is an extension 
of 15 working days.  
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of my decision on 
this request, in accordance with section 28(3) of the Act. The relevant details can be found at: 
www.ombudsman.parliament.nz.
