Thank you for your email of 15 June 2022, asking for the fol owing which has been considered under 
the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 I would like to request the fol owing information for each of the DHBs in New Zealand, split 
by DHB. 
1. The total number of procedures outsourced by year (including the year to date) for the
past five years.
