Official  Information  Act  request  relating  to  Health  Transition  Unit  key  documents  on 
implementation plan and work programme 
 
Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request received on 26 May 2022. 
You requested: 
 
“(…) I request copies of key documents showing the implementation plan and work 
programme for the transition. I don't want all emails, just useful documents relating to 
the implementation plan and work programme, including drafts if the documents are not 
yet finalised.” 
 
The plan for reform of New Zealand’s health system as agreed by Cabinet is set out in 
proactively released Cabinet papers. These are publicly available and can be accessed here:

Accordingly,  I  am  refusing  your  request  under  section  18(d)  of  the  Act  –  the  information

section 28(3) of the Act. 
 
We  do  not  intend  to  publish  this  response  on  the  Department  of  the  Prime  Minister  and 
Cabinet’s website.
