Thank you for your email of 18 May 2022 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE)
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information:
“Could you please provide me details of people who are eligible for RV2021 Resident visa and
finishing their temporary visas in the next two years. I want data should be a separate number
of people for a particular month for the next two years.”
Our Response
Refer to Appendix One for the number of current visa holders who are principal applicants on a 2021
Resident Visa application that have not yet been decided as at 11 May 2022, broken down by their
current visa expiry date (month and year).
