I refer to your official information request dated 17 May 2022 asking for the Incident Report for a motor 
vehicle accident (MVA) on 27 July 2021 around 10pm and attended by Willowbank 257. 
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I enclose the SMS Incident Report 
for F3294017, this relates to an incident involving a motor vehicle in which appliance Willowbank 257 
(Call Sign WILL257) attended on the same date and time you have requested.  
 
Some personal information has been withheld to protect the privacy of natural persons under section 
9(2)(a) of the Official information Act 1982. We do not consider that there is a public interest in the 
release of the information which outweighs withholding it.
