These questions are answered below:  
1.  This vacancy was advertised on Hutt City Council’s website and intranet and on SEEK.  
2.  Applications were open for 11 days.  
3.  Seven applications were received. 
4.  Three applicants were shortlisted. 
5.  The interview panel consisted of the chief executive, a senior advisor and a strategic 
advisor.
