Re: Public Submissions on the Unitary Plan
Thank you for your email of 29 April 2022 about the Auckland Unitary Plan. Your specific
request and our response are set out below.
Please provide a summary of the demographics of the people who made submissions on the
Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan. I think these submissions were recieved in the period September
2013-February 2014.
Please make the summary as detailed as possible whilst respecting the privacy of the people who
made submissions.
The submission period to the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan was from 30 September 2013
to 28 February 2014. Notification of Summary of Decisions requested was 11 June 2014 and
further submissions supporting or opposing original submissions closed 22 July 2014.
Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedure) Regulations 2003 inform layout of
submission Form 5 and further submission Form 6.
