I refer to your official information request dated 22 April for: 
Kindly  share  the  current  status  of this  appeal,  and  its  scheduled  dates  for 
hearings, appearances etc. 
Kindly  share  the expenditure of the law  office on this particular  appeal to 
date and expected spend.

In  relation  to  the  first  question,  the  appeal  has  been  filed  with  the  Court  of 
Appeal.    The  next  relevant  date  is  25  June  2022,  by  which  time  the  appellant 
must file a case on appeal and apply for a hearing date. 
3. 
In relation to the second question, Crown Law has so far recorded $24,097.30 in 
fees for the appeal.  Although we have not provided a formal estimate of costs 
for  the  appeal,  we  would  expect  the  total  expenditure  for  the  appeal  to  be 
around $100,000.
