fire started from fuse box/switching gear used in relation to MRI and SCAN
machine.
Information
overheating inside fuse board/switching gear has heated and in turn set fire to
plywood of surrounding wall area.
both sprinkler heads and melted plastic water pipe ,held the fire to extinguish
flame,but still smouldering and burning were taking place in roof
