about the Hutt City Council’s Kākano Fund:

Hutt City Council’s Funding Plan focuses specifically on the two discretionary funds, the Mouri
Ora and Kākano Funds. The Kākano fund provides $70,000 each year as seed funding for
new ideas, while the Mouri Ora fund is a $713,000 annual fund for community initiatives that
are already up and running. Further information is available on the Hutt City Council’s website
here. The specific information you have requested about the Kākano Fund is enclosed.
