Does the market rent data on the tenancy services website include rent increases where the landlord
does update the bond amount?
Tenancy Services is not notified of rent increases for properties, as rent amounts are only recorded
when a bond is lodged. There is no legal requirement for a landlord to notify Tenancy Services of rent
increases, which can only be done every 12 months.

The market rent data on the website is updated on a six month rol ing period and only includes bonds

landlord has updated the bond amount are not included.
