At about 4.20pm on 5th of April 2021 the gold Mazda Familia was travelling north on River Road at
the same time the white Mazda Familia was travelling south turning west onto Wairere Drive.
The white Mazda Familia had a green turning arrow and whilst turning through the intersection the

white Mazda Familia, before speeding off north on River Road.
