Officer Notes:

Armed Response Team engaged in a failing to stop incident beginning on Cambridge Road,
Hamilton where the vehicle was travelling at 109/50kmh.
The pursuit continued along SH1 Hamilton before turning left onto Morrinsvil e Road. The vehicle then
tried to manoeuvre a 90 degree corner at approximately 100kmh. He has skidded for approximately
1982
30-40m before the corner before driving straight over a median island and into the corner of the house
of Morrinsvil e Road, Hamilton.
The driver was taken to Waikato Hospital status 2, where he underwent surgery for a fractured pelvis,
some chest injuries and other yet unknown injuries.
