Could you please provide a copy of the evidence which has been presented which is  
sufficient for the companies registrar to be satisfied that; 
• 
That the application for registration has been lawfully made. i.e. that the 
shareholder existed as a legal person; 
• 
The evidence of registration of the shareholder in the British Virgin Islands, e.g. 
registry details which show the date of incorporation, and who the directors and 
shareholders are; 
• 
Evidence that it is this BVI Company and not some other company in any other 
country by the name of Milk NZ Investments that is the shareholder, or even that the 
registration was made with a fictitious shareholder.
