The Accident Compensation (Review Costs and Appeals) Regulations 2002 contains information relating
to payment structures.
You can find the information in
Schedule 1, Scale of costs and expenses on review. This scale is used for
both clients and advocates and a copy of the legislation is available here:
https://legislation.govt.nz/regulation/public/2002/0081/latest/DLM117456.html We are unable to provide the information you requested related to costs paid to advocates
ACC’s systems are not set to record the information in the manner specified in your request. Therefore, this
part of your request is refused in reliance of section 18(e), because the information requested does not
exist.
We have attempted to provide some information which is what we have readily available.
However, we are still unable to provide information prior to the 2005/06 Financial Year, as these categories
were created in July 2005.
