• Who is the current member of the lottery grants board and their term of appointment for each
What is their daily fees and how much fees you have you paid to each of them in the past 3 year.
Can you separate by the each actual years per each member?
In response to your request please refer to Appendix A, attached. Appendix A provides you a breakdown
of the following information in two parts:
• Table one: Liaison Lottery Grants Board members and the amount paid to each member from
2020 to 2022. Fees are based on the actual paid fees for the financial year.
• Table two: Liaison Lottery Grants Board members and their term of appointment.
As this information may be of interest to other members of the public, the Department has decided to
proactively release a copy of this response on the DIA website. All requestor data, including your name
