Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to the Ministry of 
Health (the Ministry) received on 11 February 2022. You specifically requested: 
 
“- The advice that the Ministry of Health and the CVTAG has provided as to the use of 
Novavax 
- Information as to the supposed delivery of Nuvaxoid on Monday, 7th of February.” 
 
The Ministry has identified one key document, including the relevant appendices, within scope 
of your request. This document is a 10 February 2022 memorandum titled “Decision to use a 
primary course of the Novavax COVID-19 vaccine: COVID-19 Vaccine Technical Advisory 
Group (CV TAG) recommendations” and has been released to you in full.
